$25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment slot. Deposit will go towards service.

*For lash extension appointments- Keep in mind service duration ranges from 1.5-3.5 hours based on choice of service and amount of natural lashes. Please plan accordingly! 

Life happens! If you are running late, please contact me to inform me of your late arrival.

If later than 10 mins, a $10 fee will be added to your appointment cost.

If I cannot proceed with the appointment due to time constraints, in respect to others appointments, your deposit will be forfeited and you will need to send a new deposit to reschedule

Rescheduling and cancellations must be done 24 hours prior to your appointment. Less than 24 hours will result in a forfeit of your deposit & payment of 30% of cost of service in order to book a new appointment

No call/no shows will be asked to pay full price of missed service in order to book future appointments

If late arrivals, cancellations, or no call/no shows occur more than once, I may no longer be able to service you.

If you, or someone in your household has been exposed to covid, or is showing symptoms of any viral illness, please be respectful and kindly reschedule your appointment after 2 weeks of exposure/symptoms

Fills recommended every 2-3 weeks to maintain natural lash health

Must have 40-50% of lash extensions remaining to be considered a fill, anything less will be considered a new set

A fill booked after 3 weeks of initial lash set is considered a full set

After 3-4 fills, a new set is required for maintenance of natural lash health

I do not work over others work, if you have extensions from a different artist, please book a removal before booking a new set

Your experience and results matter so much to me! 

If you are experiencing extreme fallout within the first 3 days of your lash extension appointment, please contact me for a complimentary fill! 

If, for any reason, you develop an unknown allergy, please contact me for a complimentary lash extension removal and lash bath!
